Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sunshine Coast, an IHG Hotel

We really loved our stay, the hotel was easy, friendly, nothing was ever a problem. The cleanest hotel with attention to every detail. Walking distance to everything, beaches, Sunshine Plaza, restaurants perfect location.The staff were all so friendly, Abel was very professional and most helpful. We are planning our next holiday.

Room was perfect for what I needed. It was modern and clean and the carpet was new . The bed was comfortable and it had a small occasional chair and foot rest , table for eating at , large tv . I loved the pool , and had a night swim. Bathroom was small but I didn’t need a huge space , I was after modern and clean and it was indeed that. A few Restaurants and bottle shop within a very short walking distance. Also within walking distance to the huge mall . Perfect location

Firstly, Farah on the reception desk was a delight! she was friendly, helpful & always had a beautiful smile! The room was modern, well designed and spotless. I especially loved the window ledge where I placed a couple of pillows (after arriving back from the wedding) made myself a coffee and watched the rainy night 👌 The beds and pillows were super comfy and the crisp white linen was stunning! The lobby and eating areas were incredibly clean, I was very impressed with this level. The parking centre on the other side of the street was very convenient as there were none available at the motel. Overall a very pleasant stay thank you 🩷

Staff and their welcome - friendly - professionalism was a credit to the company. Thanks especially to Abel and Jo who helped with restaurants and cafe location as well as other local sightseeing options. The breakfast was spectacular even hot as hot coffee and full cooked breakfast and other choices as you liked. The pool on the roof and small gym were also greatwith easy access. I liked the safety aspects of the hotel with card access to floors in the elevator as well as car barrier arms and locked solid sliding garage gate in the evenings. A clean, fresh smelling, convenient, well located hotel WITH fabulous staff. I will return!!

The rooms were lovely 2 big tv’s living area with small kitchen. We had an outdoor space level 1 which was great. Modern, beds were very comfortable. Hotel was in close distance to everything. Pre paid parking was great very easy in and out. Watch origin and the staff were happy to put it on in bar area great night at the bar.
